Cowboy saddles up with a new owner
↗Cowboy, the Brussels-based e-bike maker, is being acquired by ReBirth Group Holding, with €15 million from existing shareholders plus undisclosed new funding to restart production and clear spare-parts backlog; ReBirth also owns Re-cycles and has prior responsibility for Cowboy's assembly, amid 2025 delivery issues.
