↗Ghostty is now a fiscally sponsored non-profit under Hack Club (501(c)(3)), enabling tax-deductible donations and a transparent funding model, with a 7% overhead to Hack Club and a $150k personal donation from the founder, while keeping technical scope and licensing intact.
